Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Field Force Automation (FFA)/ Distributor management system (DMS) solutions.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing customer base.
Identify and target potential clients, particularly manufacturers, wholesalers, and large distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery and enhancement of the DMS software.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.

Skills

Must have experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Enterprise sales, Saas Based, Software Sales, Business Development, Lead generation, Revenue Generation
Familiarity with the distribution and supply chain industry, including common challenges and best practices.
