Job Description:

Treta Foundation is a leading organization in the holistic wellness industry, dedicated to transforming lives through workshops, classes, and unique therapy sessions aimed at improving mental and emotional wellbeing. We are currently seeking a versatile, professional, and highly organized Business Support Executive to join our team.

As the Business Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client counselling, managing the front desk, and offering administrative and executive assistance. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our elite clients receive outstanding service and support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Counselling & Confidentiality:

  • Counsel clients over the phone and in person (lead conversion calls), providing detailed information about our wellness services and answering client inquiries.
  • Ensure a calm, welcoming atmosphere for walk-in clients, assisting with appointment bookings and explaining available treatments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information in compliance with privacy policies and standards of care.

2. Front Desk Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact at the reception, greeting visitors professionally and managing incoming phone calls.
  • Address client inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
  • Manage appointment bookings, track schedules, and coordinate with service providers as needed.

3. Executive Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with organizing events, workshops, and classes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team, other staff members, and external contacts, facilitating communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with elite, high-profile clients.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client counselling, office administration, executive assistance, sales, or HR roles. Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
  • Prior experience working in a similar role is preferred.
  • MBA Freshers can also apply.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills to manage interactions with elite clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other office management tools.

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹3,00,000 ₹3,50,000 per annum

Location:

  • The Healing Room, Bijwasan, New Delhi 110061 (Farm House Wellness Centre).
  • Candidates living within a 10-15 km radius, preferably with their own vehicle, will be given preference.
