Works directly with an organizations senior leadership to conceptualize, orchestrate, guide, develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies that closely supports organizational goals
Works closely with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Be a catalyst in HR Analytics by building health dashboards focusing on business & people insights, analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with teams across the HR group to develop solutions and programs
Promotes employee well-being, culture, and diversity with various initiatives Org. initiatives
Manages the lifecycle of Performance management e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Works in collaboration with the Training & Development team to identify training needs for business units
Partners with the legal department as needed/required and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualification & Experience
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
