Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper stock storage, labeling, and arrangement.

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in making purchases and provide product recommendations.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to boost sales, such as upselling and promotions.

3. Store Operations & Organization

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Implement loss prevention measures to reduce theft and damage.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate better pricing and terms.
• Ensure timely deliveries and quality control of stock received.

5. Staff Supervision & Training

• Manage store staff schedules and assign duties.
• Train employees on store policies, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

6. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Oversee daily cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems and generate financial reports.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

7. Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies regarding store operations.
