Revit Architecture Modeller

Carry out complete Architectural drawings in Revit with minimal supervision.

Coordination with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable.

Review the input received from client and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly.

Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.

Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 400 minimum

Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)

Knowledge of Point Cloud/ Laser scan data (Reverse Engineering)

Candidate should be able to visualize and produce clash free 3D model using Navisworks/Revit.

Knowledge of other BIM software (Archicad, Dynamo) will be appreciated

Must have experience on international project.

Must adhere to company QAQC process and BIM strategies.

Should have minimum 1 to 3 years experience in Revit Architectural detail engineering building projects.

Experience using associated discipline software especially Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo (will be the plus point).

Should have knowledge in Reserve Engineering (Point Cloud data)
