Overview
The Proposal Visualization Coordinator will work as part of the Strategic Proposal Group (SPG) under their global support center: the India Proposal Resource Center (IPRC). The role involves working with our Proposal Visualization Manager and Director of Proposal Enablement on projects that convey clear, consistent, branded messages to our internal and external clients. You will work closely with Proposals, Marketing, Business Development / Sales and a variety of operations staff. This role involves working through heavy technical documents to develop visualizations to complement the narrative and delineate the intended messages. Additionally, this role engages new technologies and the development of variable deliverable methodologies to capture the largest audience.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate develop compelling, high quality technical visuals. Visuals can include infographics; technical figures; workflow diagrams; organizational charts and tables; presentation materials; and training collateral.
You will be involved with large, complex, and technically diverse proposal documents, working with the proposal development team to help convey messaging and create eye-appealing, branded visuals. You will work closely with Proposal Enablement with campaigns to inform staff on software use, process/workflow implementation, new proposal programs, and internal leadership presentations. You must have good customer service skills and be ready to transform a good document into a great document.
As a Proposal Visualization Coordinator, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, create impacting results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions. You will also be responsible for template design, integration of AI and new technologies into our workflows, and developing compelling visuals for our clients. You should have the understanding and knowledge on how to design visual communications such as Corporate Proposals layout, Cover designs, corporate org charts, PowerPoint Presentations, Illustrated Geographic maps, Custom Infographics, and Audio/video productions.
This person will serve as the go tofor proposal managers and teams looking to transform their proposal documents into high-impacting, magazine-quality documents. The role also involves new technologies to convey messaging and technical approaches, along with the potential to collaborate on audio/video productions for training and presentations.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in graphic design and with audio/video/visualization tools. Preference given to candidates with business proposal or AEC marketing experience.
Professional Portfolio Requirements
A minimum of three (3) high quality, representative portfolio pieces should be submitted for review
Portfolio pieces should demonstrate originality, creativity, professional color use, and clear messaging.
Portfolio pieces must be the creation and development of the candidate
Audio and video pieces are welcomed.
Software/Technical Skills
Knowledge of business design for sales, marketing, and internal communications
Knowledge of typography - the ability to incorporate text into designs, including adjusting color, size, shape, and placement.
