Senior Executive - Graphic Design

Role & responsibilities

• Translate existing research, and business strategies into effective designs
• Work with Research Managers to synthesize unstructured data into frameworks
• Produce a design for website, infographics, logos, social media graphics, banners, email campaigns, and email templates
• Demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard design tools and aids such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Captivate, Envato Elements, and ShutterStock

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Design / Commercial Arts / Animation / Multimedia / or related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within research and advisory firms or related industries
• Experience in desktop publishing and branding, with knowledge of print media and technologies
• Experience working on client deliverables and marketing campaigns, preferably in research and advisory firms
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint (PPT) and MS Word for creating high-quality client deliverables; expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Proficient in UI/ UX design, wireframing and collaborative design tools like Figma and Canva
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and independent thinker; able to conceptualize visuals and graphics based on requirements
• Should be able to provide visualization support in both web and print domains
• Experience in creating social media content like banners, infographics, LinkedIn carousels, short format videos for Instagram or Snap, and interactive and engaging content for own media like websites and apps
