Travel Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates with a go-getter attitude and experience in the travel industry are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and walk-ins.
• Make cold calls and follow up on assigned leads for business generation.
• Prepare travel itineraries/packages and provide expert advice on group tours and tailored plans.
• Manage and update the CRM system for lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Maintain client databases and send emails about new offers.
• Coordinate with the service team for seamless post-sale processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong internet research abilities.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
• Excellent email writing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in the travel industry).

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide appointment letters, salary slips, and bank statements from previous employers (no cash salary records accepted).

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹19,000 per month.
• After 6 Months: Minimum 10% hike based on performance.
