Required Candidate profile :
Bachelors degree in HR, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus
Expertise in roster preparation & management
Good experience in leave & payroll process
Expertise in creating KRAs & KPIs
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of employment laws & regulations
