- Handling Inbound Tour Enquires ( Mexico, Argentina, Chile, all Latin American Countries )
- Handling Sales Inquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
- Handling Inbound bookings & documentation.
- Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
- Domestic / International Destination Knowledge is needed.
- Should have experience in a travel company.
- Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow up.
- Self-motivated, resourceful
- Should be a quick learner.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
