Sales Experts / Sr Destination Sales Experts

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a passion for travel and sales. Candidates should possess a proactive approach to achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell holiday packages to destinations in the Far East, CIS, and Europe.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets as set by the management.
• Provide expert destination knowledge to clients and assist with travel planning.
• Develop and maintain rapport with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Tourism, Management, Hospitality, or Sales.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in holiday package sales.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
