Team Leader (Retail Store)

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

1. Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all team members.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.

1. Store Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained to create a pleasant shopping environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking as needed and conducting regular inventory checks.

1. Sales and Merchandising:

• Set and communicate sales targets to the team and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to create appealing displays and optimize product placement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost sales and meet targets.

1. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant operational metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, employee schedules, and other administrative tasks.
