Handle incoming calls from clients to book travel packages, hotels, and other tour-related services.
Provide expert advice on holiday packages, itineraries, and travel arrangements to meet client needs.
Process customer requests for flight tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
Upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to increase revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (travel agency activities).
Strong knowledge of International holiday packages, itinerary planning, outbound tours, and tourism industry trends.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle calls; fluency in English required.
