The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices, and monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budget variances and report significant issues to management.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and other tax compliance requirements, and stay updated on tax laws and regulations affecting the company.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions, and identify trends, opportunities, and risks to improve financial performance.
General Ledger and Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Audit Support: Coordinate and provide support for external audits, and address audit queries and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
