TBO.COM - Product Designer - Wireframing Tools (5-7 yrs)

Role Overview :

- As a Product Designer at TBO.COM, you will design exceptional user experiences for our B2B audience while incorporating compelling visual designs and a strong UI focus.

- This role requires balancing creativity, user empathy, and technical collaboration to create engaging and functional designs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end user experiences, from concept to execution, for web and mobile platforms.

- Develop visually appealing UI components, maintaining a high standard of graphic design and branding consistency.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-focused and visually striking designs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.

- Produce marketing and platform visuals such as icons, illustrations, and banners, ensuring they align with TBO brand identity.

- Build and maintain scalable design systems and visual libraries to ensure consistency across products.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX/UI expertise and graphic design work.

- Proven ability to design for complex systems with a user-centric and aesthetically pleasing approach.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other tools for graphic design and animation.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.

- Ability to create illustrations, micro-interactions, and animations to enhance the user experience.

- Knowledge of front-end development principles, user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience :

- Designing gamified onboarding or engagement experiences.

- Familiarity with enterprise-level product design and scalable solutions.

- Experience with branding and visual storytelling.
