Job Description: Term Life Insurance Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Term Life Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and selling term life insurance policies to individuals and families, helping them secure their financial future with affordable coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Build a strong client base by developing relationships and leveraging existing networks.

2. Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.

Provide customized term life insurance solutions based on individual or family circumstances.

3. Sales Presentations and Closing:

Effectively present term life insurance products, explaining benefits, features, and coverage options.

Overcome objections and handle any client concerns to close sales.

Ensure clients understand policy terms and conditions.

4. Customer Service:

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Provide post-sale support and assist with policy changes or renewals.

5. Sales Targets and Reporting:

Meet or exceed individual sales goals and targets.

Track and report progress using CRM software and other tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance or financial services, is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Licensure in life insurance (or willingness to obtain) is required.

Compensation:
