The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for Trask. This role will work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the companys strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition - Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and content marketing - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials, including print and digital assets - Work with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials to support their efforts - Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data to drive decision making and improve ROI - Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for growth - Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure maximum impact and efficiency - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and content marketing - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies - Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience managing a team of marketing professionals - Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools - Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus
