Product Manager

1. Product Strategy and Planning:
- Drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap to achieve long-term business goals.
- Conduct market research and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like design, engineering, and marketing to translate the product strategy into actionable plans.

2. Product Development and Execution:
- Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories based on customer and market insights.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with a talented team of designers and engineers to drive product development while ensuring alignment with Trasks brand image and overall company goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product capabilities.

3. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including executive management, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and needs are met, incorporating feedback into product development processes.
- Effectively communicate product strategy, updates, and milestones to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in.

4. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, analyzing competitor offerings and identifying potential areas of product improvement or differentiation.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and data to continuously enhance the product based on market demands and user feedback.
- Conduct periodic market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, threats, and areas for growth.

5. Product Launch and Performance Monitoring:
- Develop go-to-market plans and product launch strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, analyzing key metrics and customer feedback to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address product issues, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology sector.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
