Job Summary:

The Back office executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various business processes within the company. This role focuses on ensuring that all operational procedures are executed efficiently, accurately. They play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support (Documentation and reporting):
    • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.
    • Maintain and update records in the companys database systems.
    • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  2. Coordination:
    • Coordinate with front office staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
    • Follow up with vendors, clients, or stakeholders as required.
  3. Operational Tasks:
    • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  4. Data Management:
    • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data.
    • Generate periodic reports to support decision-making.
  5. Problem Solving:
    • Address operational challenges and resolve them effectively.
    • Escalate issues to the appropriate person when necessary.

6. Process Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Support in the design of SOPs and process flows
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all processes are followed as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support in process automationRole & responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in process management or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
