Role & responsibilities Build Talent pipeline proactively for business-critical roles as per strategic workforce plan.
•Drive the recruitment processes for positions handled, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.
•Job posting, CV screening, conducting initial telephonic HR round, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling
•Profile resumes through Job portals and Social Media.
•Ensure proper onboarding of the candidates. (First 90 Days)
•Creating talent pool pipeline of talents for future reference.
•Design and deliver business specific analytics and presentations to inform and influence the business.
•Driving the hiring and onboarding process on HRMS platform
•Planning CDP and Goal Setting of the respective BU
Preferred candidate profile MBA IN HR and minimum 2 years of work experience required
