Business development Manager - Financial services (Consumer Finance)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM). This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor, bringing a strong background in sales, particularly in the consumer finance sector. The candidate should excel in negotiation and independently build connections with traditional NBFC clients, e-commerce platforms, banks, and aggregator companies, while effectively driving business decisions in alignment with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with consumer finance companies (NBFCs, banks, etc.) to negotiate cooperative resources and partnerships (B to B).
• Conduct market research within the fintech industry, analyzing industry trends and opportunities, and formulating strategic cooperation plans with fintech companies.
• Collaborate with the business department of brand teams to develop microfinance channels and ensure the implementation of brand business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in integrating banking, consumer finance, supply chain, and payment industry information and resources to support business decisions.
• Provide support to the business side in making informed business judgments and decisions based on market dynamics and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a consumer finance company. • Strong capabilities in intelligence collection and market analysis.
• Proven track record in customer management and negotiation, particularly in a B to B context.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues at different levels
