Key Responsibilities:

• Route Planning: Develop efficient routes for part-load and full-load shipments to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Vehicle Alignment: Coordinate vehicle assignments and ensure optimal utilization of the fleet.
• Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day transportation activities, from ground-level operations to strategic planning.
• Team Coordination: Lead and manage teams at all levels, ensuring effective communication and operational excellence.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor and control transportation expenses while maintaining high service quality.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards related to transportation and logistics.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
• In-depth knowledge of part-load and full-load operations.
• Expertise in route planning, fleet management, and vehicle alignment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams at various levels.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
