Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations, including building maintenance, soft services, and facility management.
  
• Ensure efficient operation of facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
  
• Manage vendor relationships for various services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to facilities usage.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Facility Operations or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
