Job Role:

• Routing as per the company requirement.
• Vehicle deployment with proper optimization and without any discrepancy within the allotted routes.
• Ensuring deployed routes on time arrival in login
• Maintaining record for weekly/Monthly Ad-hoc drop/Pick up data.
• Checking mails thoroughly and replying to the request received from the employees.
• Arrangement of individual login and logout if necessary.
• Informing line managers & Transport committee in case of any delay in login/logout and incidents occurred.
• If possible route them in regular departure if u find at that time (As per the company norms).
• Checking the vehicle compliance documents with proper validity.
• Cancelling the Invalid trip and saving money to client.
• Quarterly organizing Transport Meeting to Travel Vendors as well as drivers. Generating Necessary Reports for smooth operation.
• MIS repot Preparation for Monthly billing.
