MIS Executive - The Ayurveda Experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking an MIS Executive with strong Excel skills and an eye for detail to join our team

immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, order processing,

and providing general support to internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual with the

ability to work efficiently across platforms and assist in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Download & Management: Extract and download data from 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)

systems and Shopify.

• Order Formatting & Uploads: Manually format orders and upload them to the respective

platforms using advanced Excel functions.

• AA Alerts & Inventory Updates: Monitor and update AA alerts and inventory levels across

various platforms to ensure smooth operations.

• Customer Support Assistance: Provide support to the customer service team by addressing

queries related to data or order discrepancies.

• Coordination with 3PLs: Maintain basic communication with 3PL providers for operational

updates, order status, and other related tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables,

VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).

• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Experience with 3PL and Shopify: Familiarity with 3PL systems and Shopify is a must

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration, IT, or related).
• 1+ years of experience in MIS or data management role is a plus.
