Sr. Executive/Asst Manager - Tender

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including bid submission documents, technical specifications, and commercial bids.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to gather required information for tender preparation.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tenders on GEM Portal and follow up on their status.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and results.
  
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

• Strong knowledge of GEM Portal and its procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
