Job Description

Member of team responsible for all server hardware and Unix/Linux operating systems for supported systems across global infrastructure
Implement and operate tactical plans that align with management-defined strategies to meet corporate, divisional, and team goals
Continuous improvement of service delivery to internal and external customers
Development, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Unix/Linux systems supporting corporate and production platforms
Patching and support of Unix/Linux systems in all global locations
Create, maintain, and improve documentation for processes, architecture, or other infrastructure elements
Advance process automation where possible
Qualifications:
4+ years experience managing Unix/Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS/Rocky preferred)
Demonstrated skills in decision making/judgement and initiative
Possess interpersonal skills and organizational savvy
Optional Desired Qualifications:
Global infrastructure support experience preferred
Ubuntu, Ansible, KVM, Openstack, Docker, Kubernetes experience preferred
Scripting or coding experience is helpful
Exposure to other facets of IT helpful
Knowledge of PCI requirements and controls helpful
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required
ITIL certification preferred
