Looking for an experienced Jr. Analyst to be part of Global payments activities general AP processes, Vendor Statement Reconciliations and AP Helpdesk activities.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Looking for an experienced Jr. Analyst to be part of Global payments activities general AP processes that provides support on

Vendor Payment Set-up

Vendor Payment Processing

Payment Accuracy Reconciliations

Staff Travel Expense Claims Payment

AP/Payment Helpdesk activities

The role revolves around supporting global payments team on daily activities

Monitoring payment transactions and identifying discrepancies

Generate daily activities report

Monitor and help resolve queries

Payment remittance distribution to vendors

Qualifications

Main Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable process
• Core Knowledge of Supplier payments
• Experience setting up payments
• Experience driving process efficiencies and effectiveness
• Exposure Awareness in Reporting Reconciliations

Desired Skills and Experience:

Education:

• General understanding of business needs
• Intermediate + knowledge of Excel
• Experience being proactive and seeking to anticipate customers needs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
