Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation completed between 2019 and 2024 (Academic Year).

2. Graduation must be from Offline Universities only.

3. NATS registration is mandatory before onboarding.

4. Maximum age limit: 27 years.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Gender: Female candidates are preferred.

- Personality: Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively cross-sell products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cross-selling gold ornaments and gold bars to finance customers.

- Consistently delivering strong sales performance by catering to customer needs. The monthly sales target of 10 lakhs is structured to inspire and reward high-performing individuals.

Stipend and Benefits :

- Internship Stipend: 10,000 per month for a duration of 6 months.

- Upon successful completion of the internship and achieving the required performance standards, candidates will be onboarded as permanent employees with:

- Salary: 20,000 per month.

- Incentives: Additional earnings, with a total monthly package of approximately 30,000.
