Program Manager - Training

Job Description:

Develop and execute training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Manage the end-to-end process for training program design, delivery, and evaluation.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver training content.

Ensure training programs are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.

Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Manage training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.

Track and report on training program participation, costs, and impact.

Stay updated on trends in corporate training and learning technologies.
