Manager - Training and Licensing

Role & responsibilities:

1. To assist Chief/ Dy. Chief Pilot-Training for ensuring that flight operations Training meets the Standards and requirements specified by operations manual, DGCA, IOSA and Manufacturer. 
2. Responsible for Monthly release of STOL data in coordination with Line Ops. and Crew Scheduling team. 
3. Responsible for Project Planning and execution of Projects. 
4. Notify the Dy. General Manager / Dy. Chief Pilot Training of any discrepancy or incident that may affect the ability of airline to perform within the parameters of training requirements and compliance thereof.  
5. To co-ordinate and follow-up with other sections of Flight Ops (Line Ops., IOCC, Flight Dispatch and Rostering) and Flight Safety for effective closure of various compliance and regulatory affairs related projects for Training. 
6. Assist Dy. General Manager / Dy. Chief Pilot - Training in preparing Training Forms, Policy, Procedures, and other documents for Training.
7. Responsible for Conducting of periodic internal Quality Control reviews or audits for flight operations training, to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. 
8. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Dy. General Manager / Chief / Dy. Chief Pilot- Training.
