1. Evaluate employee skills, talents, performance, and productivity. Prepare Training Needs Index (TNIs) and conduct comprehensive evaluations to maximize knowledge retention and enhance overall efficacy.
2. Onboard new hires and assign them to appropriate training sessions, ensuring timely delivery to the production environment.
3. Identify future training needs and develop relevant training curricula.
4. Identify any gaps in training materials or content that need to be shared with customers as training inputs.
5. Maintain effective communication with customers, internal team members, trainers, and management to ensure all requirements are met.
6. Conduct research to identify future skill requirements and implement tailored training programs to facilitate employee career progression.
7. Recruit and develop high-performing trainers to ensure exceptional training delivery.
8. Develop and implement comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs. Ensure timely communication of all training initiatives.
9. Develop and conduct training workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of trainers. 10. Encourage employee participation in training programs and promote self-learning through online modules. Implement a governance dashboard to monitor and track progress effectively.
11. Monitor and manage employee attendance and performance during training and nesting phases.
12. Monitor and track employee performance and progress.
13. Implement and monitor training KPIs. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of training programs.
14. Assess team member performance to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans.
15. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs based on the business requirements
Qualifications:
