We are seeking an experienced AEM Trainer with a strong background in developing and building AEM-based websites and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the ability to effectively train professionals.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in AEM training and development.
- Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, authoring, and OSGI architecture.
- Proficient in front-end, back-end, and OSGI development.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and log analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with AEM frameworks, libraries, and MVC architecture.
- Adobe Certified Professional (desirable).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver AEM training courses to professionals at various skill levels.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects focused on AEM functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance on AEM development, including front-end, back-end, and OSGI concepts.
- Teach the development of AEM components, templates, and authoring processes.
- Share knowledge on advanced component development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization techniques.
- Train participants on the AEM development life cycle, frameworks, libraries, and MVC architecture.
- Conduct practical exercises to troubleshoot, optimize, and analyse logs within AEM projects.
