We are looking for an experienced and motivated SalesForce Marketing Cloud Developer, who will be responsible for leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enhance customer communication.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated SalesForce Marketing Cloud Developer, who will be responsible for leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enhance customer communication.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Develop and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Design, code, and maintain email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL
- Build and optimize email campaigns, journey automations, and personalized content using Salesforce Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure the best practices in deliverability, engagement, and user experience.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide insights for optimizing campaigns.
- Obtain company sponsored certification(s)
Requirements
Essential:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (minimum 3 years).
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder .
- Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms (Salesforce CRM, external databases, APIs, etc.)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certification is highly preferred.
- Fluent English written and communication skills .
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment .
Preferred:
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and how it integrates with Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with data architecture, segmentation, and customer journeys
