Reporting to the CRM Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the global customer engagement strategy at Tradu. The main responsibilities of the role will include campaign planning and the creation and optimization of all campaigns keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will be tasked with transforming our CRM campaigns by applying personalization, targeted segmentation, and dynamic content. You will be naturally analytical, ensuring a high level of quality assurance, testing and commercial reporting across all campaigns.
This role will require attention to detail, fast paced learning and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns in conjunction with the marketing calendar, content team planner and product launches. Build out customer journey lifecycles working with core teams to scope, develop and continuously optimise. Use multi-channel campaigns where possible to drive key KPI s such as Open and Click to open rates %, funded %, traded % and retention rates %. Be a key player within the customer engagement team, understanding how your campaign work impacts the overall customer journey- ensuring messaging makes sense, the customer journey is relevant/of value and content and design are sharp and concise. Responsible for QA ing campaigns, ensuring exceptional attention to detail, we are compliant at all time and proactively advising on process improvements. End to end management- responsible for briefing design and content, managing deadlines, trafficking assets and building logic/templates and channels. Learn how to structure segmentation to allow for streamlined multi-channel journeys. Explore the possibilities of dynamic content, sharing competitive examples where relevant. Work with the CRM Manager to build out scope and plan for development. Review our retention/engagement reports, recommending optimizations or addressing areas of concern. Ensure that any issues with our CRM platform or comms are escalated efficiently. To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.

Understands all core CRM and Retention Marketing KPI s Excellent creative eye and attention to detail Highly customer-focused with a good understanding of marketing principles Experience using different marketing channels (i.e. email, push notifications, content cards etc) Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Ability to build strong working relationships Proactive and clear communicator Excellent with time management and ability to multitask Self-starter that can take the initiative and be proactive Naturally curious- staying on top of latest CRM, technical and competitive trends Passionate about customer engagement- nothing is sent out unless it is Tradu worthy Excellent written and spoken English
