We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Global Financial Services team.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to):

- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to enhance Financial Service Representatives' productivity, efficiency, and performance quality

- Delegate tasks and monitor the team's performance. Set individual and team goal, carrying out performance reviews for each and motivate staff to accomplish Financial Service Representatives' objectives

- Involvement in new staff hiring and ensure that the team members have the necessary education and training

- Communicate with management staff in global offices for new strategies and product development discussions

- Coordinate and cooperate with other teams and departments to improve products, processes and procedures

- Provide organized, relevant feedback to management about client needs and trends as well as general team progress

- Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real-time

- Strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events

- Previous Sales or customer service experience in forex company

- Excellent written and spoken English skills
