Job Description
- Assist with comprehensive compliance reviews across various departments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Analyze client-facing communications (emails, social media posts, etc.) to verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Review the accuracy and compliance of financial promotion materials (advertisements, social media posts, etc.).
- Analyze client complaints to ensure fair resolution and adherence to established guidelines.
- Conduct recordkeeping reviews to verify proper documentation, accessibility, and retention of all communication records (electronic and oral).
- Leverage automated alert systems and scripts to monitor compliance adherence.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
- Escalate incident reports, follow up on investigations, and recommend process improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in compliance, audit, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks effectively.
- A meticulous approach with a passion for accuracy and detail.
The Following Would be Considered an Advantage:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements of FCA, ASIC, or CySEC.
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
- Knowledge of Python programming language
