Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Digital Marketing and BrandCommunication efforts.

- The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across all digital and traditional platforms.

- This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to build and nurture our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising, to maximize ROI.

- Drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth through multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.

- Leverage data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Brand Communication & Strategy:

- Craft and execute a compelling brand communication strategy to enhance brand perception and awareness.

- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing collaterals.

- Lead the development of impactful brand storytelling through content, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing and brand communication team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
