Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Manager Operations to lead a team of Operations Executives managing the lifecycle of paid suppliers on Tradologie.com.
- The Manager will oversee onboarding, Tradologie's platform training, guiding in price quoting, negotiation, and ensuring smooth trade execution from inquiry to payment.
- Effective communication between suppliers, buyers, and internal teams will be essential, along with documentation of order progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the Operations Executives, ensuring alignment with goals and performance targets.
- Supplier Lifecycle: Oversee supplier onboarding, platform training, quoting, and ensure timely updates on order status.
- Communication & Documentation: Facilitate communication between suppliers, Operations, and Buyers Relationship teams.
- Maintain order progress documentation.
- Relationship Management: Work with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track order progress, generate performance reports, and address operational bottlenecks.
- Supplier Success: Guide suppliers from inquiry to order completion, ensuring they receive value from their subscription.
Required Qualifications:.
- 6-7 years of experience in managing customer/supplier success operations, preferably in B2B or e-commerce.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach.
- Technical proficiency in CRM tools, order management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or related field.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in B2B e-commerce platforms, particularly in agro commodities or export sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
