We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with a solid foundation in data engineering technologies and a passion for building scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Snowflake , AWS , ETL processes and tools . Exposure to MLOps and experience in the capital markets technology domain is a plus.
What will you be involved with
Data Pipeline Development
:
Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process large-scale data from various sources.
Implement data ingestion and transformation workflows using tools such as Fivetran , Apache Airflow and DBT .
Cloud Integration
:
Utilize AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda) for efficient data storage and processing.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure cloud resources are optimized for performance and cost.
Data Quality and Governance
:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Implement data governance practices, including logging, monitoring, and security protocols.
Collaboration and Support
:
Work closely with data architects, analysts, and product teams to understand data requirements.
Provide support in deploying and maintaining machine learning pipelines , assisting data scientists where necessary.
Capital Markets Focus
:
Develop solutions tailored for capital markets workflows, including market, trading and risk data.
What Will You Bring to the Table
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Data Engineering , related field, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS Cloud services.
Proficient in ETL/ELT processes .
Strong SQL skills and scripting experience (e.g., Python).
Preferred: Knowledge of capital markets data and financial systems Exposure to MLOps.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Certification in AWS or Snowflake is a plus.
