Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement a hiring strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Leverage AI tools to create customized job descriptions and manage the hiring pipeline.

- Post job listings on relevant platforms and conduct prescreening using AI-driven tools like ChatGPT-4.

- Partner with senior management to anticipate and plan for future talent needs.

Proactive Business Alignment:

- Analyze organizational structure to identify skill gaps and redundancies.

- Research industry benchmarks to refine hiring strategies.

- Provide strategic recommendations for future roles based on market opportunities.

Employee Engagement and Morale:

- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

- Organize team-building activities to enhance morale and employee satisfaction.

- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.

Workforce Planning & Insights:

- Maintain a talent database to anticipate future hiring needs.

- Use data analytics to track recruitment performance and improve strategies.

- Monitor industry trends in hiring and engagement to make data-driven recommendations.

Employer Branding:

- Represent Trademarkia authentically to candidates and employees.

- Create engaging LinkedIn content and internal communications to enhance the company's brand.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, people management, or a similar role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting with people.

- Ability to analyze business needs and recommend strategic hiring decisions proactively.

- Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT-4 or similar platforms.

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in team-building or morale-boosting initiatives is a plus.
