About the Job:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage and motivate our Direct Sales team in Delhi (NCR).
- The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams effectively, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- You will be responsible for driving team performance, developing individual team members, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and Manage: Effectively manage a team of 2 to 10 Direct Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance against established sales targets and KPIs, implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Team Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, fostering their professional growth.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with team members, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Motivation & Engagement: Motivate and inspire the team through daily interactions, recognition, and incentives, driving high morale and engagement.
- Target Setting & Tracking: Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and individual members, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Sales & Customer Service:
- Direct Sales Activities: Actively participate in direct sales activities, contacting potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to customers.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Grievance Handling: Resolve customer complaints and grievances effectively, maintaining a positive company image.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- KRA Completion: Ensure completion of daily Key Result Areas (KRAs) by both self and the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role.
Industry Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience from Just Dial, IndiaMART, or NetAmbit.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems.
