Job Description
TrackSo is an IoT based SaaS product of Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. TrackSo monitors manages energy assets to provide you with optimised information, hence allowing you to derive key business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to customers, primarily through calls (80% of the time).
- Create datalogger drivers and set up new sites on the IoT platform as per client requirements.
- Handle customer support calls to resolve technical issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Preferred: B.Tech graduates in relevant fields.
- Candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC, Modbus Communication, and TCP/IP Protocol are also welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
- Modbus Communication: Understanding its functionality and operations.
- MQTT Protocol: Practical knowledge of how it works.
- TCP/IP Protocol: Familiarity with data communication protocols.
- PLC and SCADA Systems: Knowledge of programming logic controllers and supervisory systems is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English communication.
