Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role- MIS, Tally & Reporting

Location: Naraina, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate regular MIS reports for financial analysis and decision-making.
• Manage daily accounting operations Tally software.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for reporting and issue resolution.
• Create and manage financial dashboards for real-time tracking.
• Handle individual MIS and accounting tasks independently, meeting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in finance & accounts, MIS reporting, and Tally.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Tally Software and Advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Oracle and dashboard tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting
