Role Purpose :

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Worksoft Certify, you will leverage your expertise in test automation, process validation, and consulting delivery to execute client projects with minimal supervision. You will analyze business requirements, deliver tailored automation solutions, and contribute to the success of client engagements by ensuring exceptional quality and value.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Consulting Execution :

- Serve as an ambassador for Wipro's values, securing positive client feedback across engagements.

- Coordinate and lead teams to ensure high-quality deliverables using Worksoft Certify.

- Apply expertise in test automation tools to design and execute workflows, scripts, and validations tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with client teams, building trust and ensuring alignment with their objectives.

- Manage project administration, including SoW creation, resource planning, and reporting.

2. Business Development :

- Achieve high individual utilization through project delivery and client engagements.

- Foster strong client relationships to identify new opportunities and expand project scope.

- Participate in proposal development, market research, and proactive opportunity identification.

- Contribute insights to solve client business problems and enhance engagement quality.

3. Thought Leadership :

- Develop insights on industry trends and Worksoft Certify advancements, sharing knowledge with the team.
