Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python + SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development, specifically in Python programming and SQL database management.

As a Python + SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Python Development :

- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable Python code to implement business logic, data processing, and integration tasks. Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and others for data manipulation and analysis.

SQL Development and Database Management :

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Optimize and troubleshoot complex queries and ensure that databases perform at optimal speed and scalability.

- Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.

- Backend Systems Development: Develop server-side components and APIs, using Python-based frameworks such as Flask or Django, for integration with front-end systems or third-party services. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.

- Data Integration: Implement data pipelines, extract data from various sources, and integrate into centralized databases for analysis or reporting. Work with data transformation, aggregation, and validation processes to ensure data consistency.

- Code Optimization and Testing: Regularly optimize Python and SQL code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and execute unit tests, debug issues, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with front-end developers, data analysts, business analysts, and system architects to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the final product meets business needs.

Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams. Produce regular reports on the status of projects, issues, and resolutions.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Python-based applications and SQL databases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, system performance, and security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Python development or SQL/database management are a plus.

Experience :

- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Python developer, with solid knowledge of Python programming, libraries, and frameworks.

- Strong expertise in SQL, including advanced queries, stored procedures, database optimization, and data modeling.

- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Skills :

- Expertise in Python programming and related frameworks (Flask, Django).

- Advanced knowledge of SQL querying, data modeling, and performance tuning.

- Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and others.

- Solid understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
