Executive Safety Officer

Role & responsibilities

• 1- Routine check of Fire pumps house (Inspection or trial of Electric & Jockey
• Pump) and water level of existing tank.
• 2- Organize safety meetings with contractors
• 3- Ensure the TBT with employees and contract employees,
• 4- Prepare weekly and monthly report
• 5- Conduct safety induction programs,
• 6- Hazard identification and risk assessment,
• 7- Incident investigation data collection and deploy for preventing
• reoccurrence.
• 8- Record and analysis of UA/UC and corrective action
• 9- Coordinate during safety audit,
• 10-Daily routine observation in plant area and coordination with shift in-charge
• to fill-up daily safety checklist.
• 11- Monthly inspection, maintenance & Documentation of Fire Extinguisher,
• Fire hydrant post, Fire hose reel, Fire sprinkler, Fire Fighting Monitor, etc.
• 12-Conduct mock drill and actively participate in Mock drill and play the role of
• Firefighting, Rescue.
