Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager at Townhall, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing our product vision. You'll be at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and innovative solutions, working closely with talented teams to deliver features that set us apart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer-Centric Focus: Gather, manage, and prioritize customer requirements to shape our product strategy and create unparalleled user experiences.

- Voice of the Customer: Act as the customer advocate, clearly articulating user and buyer needs to ensure we build the right solutions.

- Define and Refine: Break down high-level requirements into detailed epics and user stories that guide development.

- Measure Success: Define success metrics for features and drive them to meet or exceed expectations.

- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery.

- Team Support: Work hand-in-hand with development teams, offering clarity on requirements and resolving questions as they arise.

Who You Are:

- Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant role, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup where you've seen firsthand what it takes to build great products.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA is a plus but not a dealbreaker.

- Agile Mindset: Proven experience with agile methodologies, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

- Customer-First Approach: Strong empathy for customers and the ability to anticipate their needs.

- Problem Solver: Analytical thinker with a knack for breaking down complex problems and prioritizing effectively.
