Job Overview.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IELTS Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP.

As an IELTS Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and counseling to students who are looking to study in Canada or Australia.

This is a full-time position based in Patiala, Punjab, India, with an ideal candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1 to 3 years of experience as an IELTS Counsellor or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of the study options, visa requirements, and immigration processes for Canada and Australia.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and counsel students.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address student queries and concerns.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Fluency in English and Punjabi.

Roles And Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to students regarding their study options in Canada and Australia.

Conduct assessments to determine the students' English language proficiency level and suggest appropriate preparatory measures.

Assist students in choosing the right course, college, and location based on their individual preferences and career goals.

Guide students through the entire application process, including visa requirements, document submission, and interview preparation.

Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and study programs offered by Canadian and Australian institutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring the best possible options for our students.

Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and mock tests to help students improve their IELTS scores.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to students before, during, and after their study abroad journey.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress.
