Job Overview.
We are seeking an experienced IELTS Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP.

As an IELTS Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students who are planning to study in Canada and Australia.

This is a full-time position based in Bhatinda, Punjab, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Certification in IELTS training or related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of study abroad opportunities in Canada and Australia.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and address students' concerns and queries effectively.

Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience in student counseling and visa application processes will be an added advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad opportunities in Canada and Australia.

Counsel and guide students on the IELTS test and help them in achieving desirable scores.

Assist students in selecting suitable study programs and institutions based on their interests and academic background.

Manage student inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their English language proficiency.

Coordinate and organize IELTS workshops and seminars to educate students about the test structure, scoring, and preparation strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the education and visa industry to provide accurate advice to students.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Maintain records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information.
